With three successful decades of entrepreneurship in industrial real estate, Frank Motter wields invaluable experience. Having undertaken his first industrial construction project in 1977, Frank Motter continues to grow his Real Estate portfolio either with new construction projects or by acquisition. He also founded and owns Tecton Industries Ltd., where he sits on the Board of Directors. Frank Motter is also Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Cheshire Academy College in Connecticut.

André Bédard joined the company at its very beginning. He coordinates all new construction projects, and has nearly 20 years’ experience in Industrial and Office Construction. Over the years, André Bédard has and adapted his construction methods to new materials and technologies in order to achieve exceptional build quality. His meticulous care for design is obvious in his body of work.

Richard Brunelle joined the FJMC team in 1998. As a Chartered Accountant, he holds a Bachelors’ degree from l’École Hautes Études Commerciales de Montréal, and is a member of The Ordre des comptables agréés du Québec. He is responsible for the overall operations of the company, more specifically, financial structure, treasury, legal concerns, marketing and rentals.

Jean-Paul Sénécal, professional engineer, holds a degree in Civil Engineering from l’Université de Montréal, and is a member of l’Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec. He joined FJMC in 1999 as Operations Manager, and now oversees building maintenance and office space restructuring.

Sylvie Chassé has been on board since 1999. She collects financial data related to building management and construction, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management.

 

Brigitte Bourdon works at the reception desk and is assistant to the President. She ensures that our business partners are greeted with warmth and attention.
